2. Visiting this website
When you visit, your browser transmits technically necessary connection data to the web server, including your IP address, time of access, requested URL, and browser and device information. This data is processed to deliver the website, diagnose errors, and maintain security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Server logs are retained only as long as necessary for these purposes or statutory obligations.

3. Fonts
We load the Manrope, DM Mono, and Space Grotesk font families through Google Fonts. Your browser connects to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com; technical connection data, including your IP address, may be transmitted to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and readable presentation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Information about Google’s processing is available in Google’s privacy policy.

4. Contact and support
If you contact us using the help request form, by email, or by phone, we process your contact details, information about your inquiry, and any files you voluntarily attach to handle the request and, where applicable, prepare or carry out a business relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or, for other inquiries, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted once the inquiry is concluded, unless statutory retention requirements or legitimate grounds require longer storage.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the form against automated submissions. Technical connection data is transmitted to Cloudflare. More information is available in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

5. Cookies and WordPress
This website uses WordPress and Divi, as well as Contact Form 7 for help requests. Technically necessary cookies may be set, particularly for signed-in users and administration. If additional analytics or marketing services are used in the future, this policy will be updated and any required consent obtained.

6. Recipients and retention
Technical service providers may receive data as processors for website operation and hosting. Data is retained according to its purpose and statutory retention requirements. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized. You can request information about a specific processing activity at [email protected].
