PROBLEM HELP / EMAIL
Outlook won’t send email?
Messages stay in the outbox or new emails don’t arrive. First check whether one workstation or the whole team is affected. You don’t need a technical diagnosis.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT
How to assess the scope
01 / One mailbox
Can your colleagues work normally? Start by looking at the affected account or device.
02 / Several mailboxes
If the whole team is affected, a shared service, sign-in, or email delivery may be involved.
03 / What matters now
Note the exact error message and when the last message arrived.
FIRST STEPS
Four safe checks before you call us.
These steps don’t change account settings. If you’re unsure, stop and get in touch.
Check your internet connection
Open a familiar website. If it won’t load either, the connection may be the problem.
Compare with webmail
If your business uses webmail, check whether new messages arrive there. This helps distinguish an Outlook issue from a mailbox or service issue.
Check the outbox and status
Is a message stuck in the outbox? Does Outlook show an offline or synchronization warning? Note its exact wording.
Record storage warnings and errors
A full mailbox or a returned message can affect sending or receiving. Don’t delete data hastily; record the message first.
UNDERSTANDING THE ISSUE
What may be behind the symptoms.
Depending on the findings, possible causes include local Outlook synchronization, sign-in, mailbox limits, an email service outage, or email delivery. Returned messages often contain a useful error code. If several people are affected, we first check shared dependencies before changing individual Outlook profiles.
Please don’t send credentials through the form. We’ll discuss secure administrator access later if it’s needed.

URGENT HELP / WESUPPORT
Email down? We’ll help you take the next step.
Tell us the affected mailbox, when the issue started, its scope, and the error message. Call us for an urgent outage, or describe the situation using the short form. A first request is possible even without a maintenance contract.
