IT support for businesses

When technology stops, we help you move forward.

You don’t need to know the cause. Tell us what isn’t working. For an urgent IT issue, call +43 720 721000 or send a short help request — even without a maintenance contract.

Solve the immediate problem first. Ongoing support is a separate step if you need it.

WEsupport / Help comes first

What has stopped working?

Outlook won’t send, you can’t sign in, or a service is down? Describe the symptoms. We’ll work out what’s needed to get started.

Common issues

Can we help with your situation?

From the first error message to several services going down: we help you find the right starting point. Our services page has examples and initial checks.

01 / Workplace

Sign-in, Outlook, or device trouble?

Outlook won’t send messages, you can’t sign in to Microsoft 365 or Teams, Windows won’t start, or a printer is unreachable after an update.

02 / Working together

Server or backup affected?

A server service fails, a backup reports an error, a NAS is unreachable, or data needs to be recovered.

03 / Connection

Network, phone, or website trouble?

VPN or RDP connections drop, Wi-Fi is unstable, phones stop working, or a website or online store shows a server error.

How we work

From symptoms to support.

We turn an unclear issue into a practical course of action. You know what’s happening and who is helping.

01 / Describe
What has stopped working, when did it start, and who is affected?

02 / Assess
We assess the urgency, scope, and a sensible approach.

03 / Resolve
Many issues can be resolved remotely. If on-site help makes sense, we’ll arrange it with you in advance.

Good to know

Straightforward questions. Clear answers.

Do I need a maintenance contract?

No. A first support request can be billed according to the work involved.

How does a first request work?

You describe the issue. We assess the urgency, scope, and a sensible approach. Ongoing support is optional.

What does a first request cost?

A first request can be billed according to the work involved. The amount of work depends on the issue; we’ll discuss the terms with you.

How quickly do you respond?

Guaranteed response times apply only when agreed. Calling is the most direct way to get help with urgent issues; there is no general 24/7 availability commitment.

What information do you need?

The affected device or system, when the issue started, an error message, and how many people are affected are helpful. You don’t need to identify the technical cause.

Do I need administrator credentials?

Not for the initial request. Please don’t send passwords through the form. We’ll discuss secure access later if it’s needed.

Can you help remotely?

Many issues can be diagnosed or resolved remotely. We’ll discuss whether on-site help makes sense for your situation.

Do you offer on-site support?

When appropriate, we arrange an on-site visit individually.

Can you support existing systems?

We can also assess environments set up by someone else. We first review access, documentation, and risks.

What if the issue turns out to be bigger?

We discuss our findings and your options openly. If an issue becomes a modernization or ongoing support project, DAXS can take the next step.

Is there a support portal for contract customers?

A dedicated portal is planned for customers with ongoing support. We’ll add the link when it is ready for use.
